  • 15+ years of experience in international business, taking executive roles with multinationals in sectors such as aerospace, business consulting, R&D
  • Business development consultant for corporates with a broad footprint including defence, manufacturing, logistics, innovation & product development, real estate
  • 3 years in Portuguese Government as senior adviser to Ministers of Defence + Economy
  • Former senior adviser to the World Food Programme on Humanitatian Aviation
  • Former board member of the Portuguese Association of Young Businesspeople (ANJE)
  • Founded 2 CleanTech startups with several national and international awards and recognitions as projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals

Luís Rochartre

Head of Sustainability

  • Forestry engineer, postgraduate degree in Sustainability (Stanford and Harvard)
  • 30+ years career dedicated to Sustainability, forests, defense industry, consulting, executive search and business management
  • Chairman of Mota-Engil´s Sustainability Committee
  • Guest professor at 2 of the most prominent Portuguese Universities: Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (ISEG) and the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP)
  • Former director of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and secretary-general of BCSD Portugal
  • Participates in The Natural Step Portugal, Build Up Labs, Zero Emissions World, Colab Forest Wise

Pedro Tamagnini

Head of New Projects

  • Graduated in Zootechnical Engineering at the University of Évora. Postgraduate courses in Marketing & International Business and Impact Assessment. Master's in Social Innovation, CSO certification at the Portuguese Catholic University
  • Vast experience across several sectors, with a special focus on the food sector (production, industry, distribution, retail and waste)
  • Participated and led projects in family companies, multinationals, associations and startups, in Portugal and in the Middle East
  • Consultant for Sustainability & social responsibility, strategic planning, projects implementation and control, and impact assessment
  • Advisor to Planetiers New Generation, Stone Soup and Cloverleaf4Impact. Mentor in executive programs and advisor to Nova SBE's Impact Leadership for Sustainability & social responsibility, strategic planning, projects implementation and control, and impact assessment

Marina Levi

Head of Communications

  • Degree in Economics and Psychology, double Ph.D in Economics and Anthropology
  • Strategic communications advisory to some of the world's leading private individuals, multinationals and Governments
  • Extensive media, communications, business and political experience
  • Currently advising leading financial institutions and energy players across Europe and the Middle East
  • Visiting professor at a number of academic institutions in Europe, where she lectures in corporate Anthropology for communications, crisis communications and behavioural economics in communications
  • Marina enjoys excellent working relationships with leading editors and academics across Europe and Latin America
